The plans to create American Claims Service were started by Stephen J. Cook in early 2001.
Steve wanted an independent adjusting company that would service the client properly. His idea was to create a company that would train his adjusters, and provide support for the adjusters, who are the eyes and ears of the insurance companies they are servicing. He also wanted a support staff to stay in close communications with the insurance companies and his adjusters.
After several meetings with adjusters, business partners and insurance companies, American Claims Service was born October 2nd, 2001.
After several years of growing pains American Claims Service has moved to the forefront of the claims business. We at American Claims Service are striving to provide the best possible product available in a timely manner.
Our staff has been trained in the highest levels of customer service. Customer service and satisfaction remains one of the most important goals and products that we provide.
American Claims Service knows the only items that we provide our clients are a piece of paper saying what the damages are and photos showing the damages. If our appraiser can not provide a file that will stand on its own merit and with the highest level of customer service, American Claims Service has nothing.
